Disclaimer: The free gift card contest ("Contest") is being run by The Go2Team and is open to all residents of Georgia, United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Contest runs from May 5th, 2023 to May 14th, 2023 inclusive ("Contest Period"). Entry into the Contest is free and no purchase is necessary.
By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and regulations. The prize for the Contest is a $200 gift card redeemable at select Spa Retailers. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The winner of the Contest will be chosen at random from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Entry into the Contest does not guarantee winning the prize. The winner will be contacted via email or telephone within 5 days of the end of the Contest Period. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of the first attempt to contact them, or if the winner fails to comply with these official rules and regulations, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Go2Team reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, in whole or in part, for any reason, at any time, without notice or liability, including, without limitation, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond The Go2Team's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Go2Team, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest, including without limitation, the awarding, receipt, or use of the prize.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Spa Sidel. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to The Go2Team and not to Spa Sidel.
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and regulations and to the decisions of The Go2Team, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
